Tasting Notes:

Bright green straw. Asparagus and green bean well balanced by fruit aromas of citrus, gooseberries and some tropical hints. Nice fresh flavours of citrus, white peach and passion fruit culminating in a crisp finish.

Technical:

The cooler ripening conditions pushed the harvest of out and commenced late in February. The bulk of the grape harvest didn’t start until mid-March, in ideal weather conditions.
